Hospital Indemnity Flex Insurance
Flexible coverage that pays you a lump sum or daily benefit when hospitalized — protecting your savings from deductibles, co-pays, and unexpected medical expenses.
Why Hospital Coverage Matters
Protect Your Savings from Hospital Costs
Even the best health insurance plans have cost-sharing features—deductibles, co-pays, coinsurance—that add up quickly during a hospital stay. Hospital Indemnity Flex pays you a benefit to help cover these gaps.
Choose the coverage that fits your situation:
- Lump sum benefit paid when you're hospitalized
- Daily benefit for each day of hospital confinement
- Coverage for inpatient stays and observation visits
- Optional coverage for ambulance, ER visits, and outpatient care
- Benefits paid directly to you, on top of your other insurance
How It Works
Hospital Indemnity Flex gives you flexibility to choose the coverage that fits your needs and budget. Select a lump sum benefit when admitted, or choose a daily benefit for each day of confinement. You can also add optional coverage for emergency room visits, ambulance services, outpatient rehabilitation, and more.
Your benefits cover:
- Hospital deductibles and co-pays
- Coinsurance and out-of-pocket costs
- Recovery expenses and time away from work
- Ambulance or emergency room visits (optional)
- Outpatient rehabilitation therapy (optional)
Note: Benefits are non-taxable and paid in addition to any other health care coverage you have, including Medicare.
